Michaun Winborn

Michaun Winborn is the CEO and Principal Coach at Born2Win Coaching, a leadership development practice that helps organizations reduce legal and reputational risk by equipping leaders with inclusive, culturally intelligent skills. She delivers workshops that embed inclusion concepts into leadership practices quickly and provides one-on-one coaching to executives navigating across differences to lead with confidence, rebuild trust, and improve retention and team performance.

Michaun brings more than a decade of corporate experience to this work, most notably as Vice President of Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion for Consumer and Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase. In that role, she led enterprise-wide inclusion initiatives, created standardized diversity reporting for executives and senior leaders, and facilitated DEI training across the firm. Her leadership resulted in stronger accountability, increased understanding of diverse talent needs, and measurable improvements in workplace culture.

She is a certified executive coach through The Institute for Coaching Innovation (formerly CoachDiversity Institute), holds a DEI certification from the National OSHA Foundation, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance from Hope College.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Michaun serves on the boards of the Benefit Concert Association, which supports Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Life Lift Career Prep, which prepares incoming professionals for career success.

Michaun lives with her husband Corey and their two sons, Dresden and Donavan, and brings her lived experience as a leader, spouse, and parent into every coaching conversation.
